I give 5 STARS for helping me get into the truck i wanted.. But 2 stars for service. Cause when i first washed my truck the diver side headlight started to get condensation in it and my turn single has two rolls and bottom one went out.. i told them about it to see if it was under warranty but wasn't and the headlight is 600. that's to much for something that should've been fixed. just wish they could've help me out by replacing it. its been like this since i got the truck last year.
I did any online appraisal to see what they wood give me. I was pretty excited about what it said. Of course I knew it want going to be exact because they have to see it but when i got there they gave me a price that was almost $4,000 less. Its just a scam to get you to go in and waste your time.
I was realy surprised that they were able to finance me but they got it done and i was happy. But they didnt have my truck ready for me till the next day at 7 pm and after calling all day and being lied to by. My salesman and his manager about it being in the shop for brakes and then to detail i was so mad i cursed the salesman with i later apoligized for the truck has wheel locks on it but no key so how did they do brakes answer they didnt! I asked that the wheel locks be taking off or find the key to them and that the low tire senser be replaced before i signed the papers. Thats all i asked for and i still dont have that so good luck with this dealer get everything in writing they will lie to you and smile at the same time!
Sales man Robbie Brown was very courteous and professional! He made sure I was able to receive the best deal on the vehicle I purchased!
