I am writing a review after my "second" bad experience with this flower shop. I chose this business based on the flowers and bouquets it advertised online. for the second time I was less than pleased with the outcome. I found a beautiful bouquet of white roses and purple filler flowers, it was lush, full, classy, and most of all purple (favorite color of the birthday girl). unfortunately when I received a thank you text and picture of the arrangement I was less than satisfied. the bouquet my family received had the "correct count of flowers" (very important to the owner apparently), but failed to look anything but unfinished and armature. I called the shop and talked with the owner who was unapologetic. when I told her I was looking at the photo online and the picture of the flowers she produced she told me they were someone else's photos and that they "tried to make them as close as possible with the flower that they had." I was also told that they "probably don't look the same because we have to substitute when we don't have the right flower." again when I asked why she didn't call to ask me or let me know they would be different her response was "well there is the correct count of roses in the bouquet" and "I could have just cancelled the order, but I decided to make it with what we have". After numerous attempts to let her know the birthday girl was appreciative; but me as the paying customer was less than pleased with how my hard earned money got thrown away, her only response was to go on and on about how the flower count was right, the height was elevated which gave it a "less than full look", and that I couldn't expect them to look exactly as they did online. well I'm sorry Flower Patch, what you advertise is EXACTLY what I expected to get when I ordered from you. not only were your flowers, arrangements, presentation (down to the bow), and response to my call unprofessional, they were embarrassing for you as a business.
