Whenever I am in town visiting - I always use the Devine TX Enterprise Rent-A-Car location. So much easier, quicker and even a bit cheaper than renting at the S.A. Airport! The location is very convenient for me while in Devine/Hondo/Castroville, etc. The Enterprise Employees are always so helpful, friendly and just plain great to deal with. i love Enterprise and use them wherever my travels take me in many different geographical locations. I have always had a great rental experience and know that I will continue to use them exclusively for my rental needs. Thanks!
I made a reservation but plans have changed and I need to make adjustments to my reservations however I have called your site 8 time already from 11 am till this review (1:45pm) and no answer. I am not about to make a 2 hour drive to make a small change! Horrible!!
Talked to the associate the day before, explaining we would need a car at the Hondo Airport. She said they leave for lunch between 12-1 so I said 1:30 would be fine. The day of, she left me a message to call her when we got to Hondo at 12:30. I tried to call her when we arrived, but it took 30 minutes and multiple calls to get her to pick up - we were told they were on the way. I tried calling back after it had been an hour, it took 20minutes and calls from 3 different phones to get an answer. Total wait time so far has been an hour and a half, and no sign of the driver. Would have called another rental car company by now if I had another choice. This is coming from a long-time enterprise rewards customer.
